Frequently Asked Questions

Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your delivery address and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Square, so your card details are never stored on our servers.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order using the Order Tracking page on our website using your order reference number.
Yes! We source all our products from trusted suppliers and importers. We're passionate about bringing authentic Asian groceries to Australian homes, and we carefully select every product to ensure quality and authenticity.

Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00 PM can be delivered the same day (subject to delivery zone schedule). Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available delivery day for your area.

Careful Packaging

We carefully pack all orders to ensure your products arrive safely. Fragile items are wrapped with extra protection, and we use appropriate packaging for all products.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under Australian Consumer Law, you have rights when products are faulty, not as described, or don't match the sample shown.

Due to the perishable nature of many grocery items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we're here to help if something isn't right with your order.

We'll Help If:

  • Products arrive damaged or broken
  • Wrong items are delivered
  • Products are past their expiry date
  • Items are missing from your order
  • Products don't match the description

How to Request a Return:
